This weed is incredible as far as the Indica side goes. A happy, long lasting high, followed with an easy comedown.

@ laffsalot. TGA Subcools 9 pound hammer has Jack the Ripper x Afghooey (a strong Indica with lots of THC an CBD) x Hells OG said to be a hells angel OG but no evidence. I have a pack of it stored but I'm quiet sure those are the exact genetics. Jack the Ripper is 80% Sativa , Afgooey is almost all Indica and Hells OG is a Indica dominant strain as well so Subcool chose the stronger Indica body stone pheno's with high CBD then crossed till he stabilized the Indica traits and colors, Tastes, smell etc.. Subcool and the green avengers spend a lot of time selecting pheno's for certain medical qualities and have a keen eye for perfection in selection. I've been through 80% of TGA's strains and have never been let down. Potency , Trichomes , Taste and smell are the qualities their after with taste and smell being as important as potency. Yields sometimes suffer because this is head stash erb (smaller plants usually mean more Chrystal's and potency as opposed to huge yielding low Chrystal's with less potency) that's a theory I've been using and tried and true so far. A great blend of indica (80%) and sativa (20%), 9lb Hammer has a smooth pine/berry taste and will leave you relaxed for hours. I personally used it for insomnia and anxiety relief. I would highly recommend it for both.

not a huge indica guy, total sativa guy but I do like to try out various indicas to see how they effect me. this strain hits me hard in the body high. I found out why they call this strain 9 lb hammer. I do like the body buzz but there is little to no head high for me, total bummer. I like a nice psychoactive high with my indicas. I like to use this strain mixed with a strong sativa, maybe like a nice green crack...anyways, this strain is super frosty, dank ass bud that has me in awe of its crystally goodness, but alas my friends, I am high as fuck right now on some 9lb hammer x green crack, writing this long review and I am loving it right now! peace

Easily the best strain I've had to date. Every hit tastes and smells amazing. I love the huge sticky buds. I recommend this to everyone I know and I think any smoker needs to try this strain at least once.

9lb Hammer is a wonderful indica that's perfect for after dinner and/or before bed. Tastes like grape bubblicious and is very effective in combating deep pain as well as stress. This was a favorite strain when dealing with pain after radiation from leukemia. I love indicas for this reason and 9lb Hammer does the job, highly recommended!
