This classic is a happy smoke, even if you are down. Energetic enough that even at 25.28% THC I'm not getting too confused to remember what I was doing. Tastes okay too.

Landrace Strain. Like the original namesake the Acapulco Gold flowers with fat colas, flecked with beautiful reddish brown calyx, each covered with beautiful crystals of THC.  The smoke has an intense fruit cocktail flavour that lingers for hours. This is a Sativa dominant strain that offers a long lasting high, balancing relaxing stress reduction with a real upbeat effect. Acapulco Gold far surpasses the rhapsodized smoke of days past.

I have tasted the original (OK you got me. I am in my late ‘60s) and this is it. I don’t know how it was kept for so long but I thank the stars every time I am able to find this,— bow down to that person or persons (in the 60s we would’ve said “head” or “freaks”) You knew how important this would be. I know it sounds like I’m nostalgic — indeed I am! It brings back scents and tactle memories and frankly,The war in Vietnam... Well, things that I don’t really need need to explain to you It’s time for you enjoy it, young folks, and know that this is what we do reveled in when the normal price for an ounce was 12 bucks and it had to be at least three fingers in width. I found this stuff for $8g and seen all the amazing reviews and was so stoked. Got some, smoked, smoked, smoked, smoked again....Nothing. a very tiny physical change(relax) but not even a bit of head high for me. I feel like it could be good daytime for someone starting to explore. Maui shall stay my favorite Sativa for now.

This is an all-time classic strain that must be saved. There literally is none other to ckmpare of Mexican cannzbis strains to Alcolpo Gold. I have been fortunate to have grown up in the 1960's when weed was weed and have tried them all. If there were a sixth star, I'd have given it the rAting.

Would love to try the bud but vaping it was awesome! Earthy taste, straight forward high. Very focused yet relaxed.

This is a strong strain, very earthy and rich, hits ya quickly.
