Acapulco Gold reviews

I was lucky enough to get my hands on some of this legendary Acapulco Gold recently. Ever since I heard Cheech and Chong talk about AC i've always wanted to try it. It definitely has lived up to all the hype. The actual smoke is a little harsh on your throat but not too bad. I read a bunch of reviews about this beforehand so I could prepare for it :) Its VERY STRONG and the high drifts in like a warm breeze. It doesn't take a lot to fly and it lasts for a long time. Slight paranoia, but not negative. Somehow this is my first time trying this legend. It's in the form of activated CO2 oil from Pure, dabbed. All I can say is Holy Moly Spicoli.

Acapulco Gold is thus far my favourite all-time Sativa strain. It has a very unique taste and smell, and the buzz is extremely cerebral and uplifting, a favourite morning strain. When it's in stock at my dispensary it doesn't last long.

This one knocked me out! Very nice smell, look, and taste. Strictly a night time strain for me.

I reviewed Acapulco Gold a few weeks ago, I wanted to add on another great use for this strain. Stats first lol Grown by Mother Herbs Cultivation 7.64% THC 12.8% CBD Recently I picked up a heavy Indica for sleeping I have used before. I quickly realized that it was not the same strain. It was entirely Sativa dominate. I got the usually anxiety head spinning feeling when I smoke straight Sativa. I had remembered hearing strains that have a higher CBD percentage can help when you are over stimulated. So I tried just a half a bowl of Acapulco Gold I had left over and sure enough it took most of the over stimulation down. For me, it did not snap me back to a sober state. What it did do is take the edge of the anxiety. I feel that is important to point out. I will definitely keep some of this around. I don't believe in bad strains. You just need to find what works for you.

I found it to be pretty meh. nothing special, didn't make me very hungry or "upbeat" like other sativa's do.

Now this is some really good stuff. First off, it has amazing aphrodisiac effects. Sex is amazing on this weed. It also made me feel pretty giggly/happy. I'd say that it's a decent daytime strain - it helps with sleeping more than nothing, but it also doesn't really put you out. You can't rely on it to get you to sleep. The one thing I must say is that it seemed like I could go through a bowl very, very quickly. Like, it just doesn't seem to last as long as some others for some reason. But so far, this is a top strain for sex.

I've been smoking for 2, almost 3 years now and this is the best strain I've ever tried! It made me more awake, energetic, happy, cheerful, and even witty/sarcastic. I love a good body high but I don't really enjoy it as much when I'm smoking in the morning or daytime so this one is great as like a wake up call, like a cup of coffee. This one doesn't give you a body high, all of the energy goes on in your head, I love it!
