Afghani reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Afghani.
As far as Indica landraces go, I'd say this is my all-time favorite. I've smoked boatloads of it in my lifetime. Dense nuggets that just have that beautiful "indica" smell 😋. I would also say there is a mild flowery/saffron element to the smell and taste. The high is good and relaxing. Perfect for chillin' after work and relaxing in bed. Great for sleep as well.
Afghani is the bomb when it comes to pain relief. When my pain levels go above 7, i reach for Afghani. A couple of hits and it starts lowering the pain level to a more tolerable level. A couple of more and the world is a beautiful place and I'm happy to be here.
This has been my night time goto since 2018. One of a few strains I can feel "coming on" if I haven't had any for a few days. I have ADHD, Clinical Depression, Anxiety and a rare Central nervous system senzititis. The symptoms are Photo Phobia, Nausea, hyperacusis, bi lateral tension headache. I have severe Industrial Tinnitus and can't watch TV for long or go to movies so I collect and grow plants of various strains and strengths.
I have tried many strains, hybrids and methods but Affi and I spend every evening together.
Afghani makes me fat and lazy. Amazing for sleep. Great during the day with some caffeine :)
Hands down, the very best strain for my insomnia!
I was recommended this strain by a budtender. I asked her for a strain that would work well for when I'm feeling tense and anxious. It works ok for that. It does relax me, but I found that it tends to keep me up (in more ways that one).
I expected this relaxing strain to help me fall asleep, but it didn't seem to have that affect on me. I tend to hyper focus on this and end up staying up all night watching TV. I find it hard to fall asleep on this.
Another interesting effect of this is that it makes me incredibly horny. I don't know if that is a universal effect, but if you have a penis, you may find this quite uplifting...
I love this strain, in smaller doses she brings on a calm and a tranquility that's unequaled. So used to have sativa's in there with the indica hybrids i love and smoke, that i almost forgot what a pure indica can get like. What a mellow, warm, euphoric and relaxing pain killing hunger inducing without the slightest anxiety indica can feel like. And this Landrace Indica, is perfect. Sandalwoody spicy, smooth smoke. Real roots cannabis 😎💨
Grew an Auto Afgani from Seedsman its profile was similar to Colorado dispensaries Afgani strains, but mine wasn't not bomb self.
