I have occasional intense muscle spasms and headache that are brought on by stress. This is the ONLY thing I have found (besides prescription migraine meds with some side effects) that stops that physical stress response that causes the spasms/pain. I've vaporized it just as symptoms have come on and stopped them in their tracks. I've also taken it when I'm in the throes of an attack and it turns it around better than even the 'scrip meds. I can't recommend this enough to people who have similar symptoms. It has a good grassy, fresh taste and smell, as well, compared to some other similar strains that have had weird green-melon-and-menthol type notes that have been "hold your nose" off-putting for me.

After being a seasoned cannabis smoker for several years, I’ve always tried to find strains that would work well with my bipolar disorder. This strain really helps me stay calm and keep my composure. It has also helped out my insomnia too, also gets rid of mostly any night time anxiety I usually end up getting. I can’t wait to hopefully end up coming across this strain in flower form.

It does relax my back!!! But gives me really bad cotton mouth!!!!

Pretty good high but gave me the worst fucking headaches, I wanted to just rip my brain out but other than that it was a pretty good normal high.

Koi Delta 8 - review I like this strain. I like how calm and relaxed it made me. I also like this indica strain for the fact that when I got up to move I definitely had energy to do what I wanted but when sitting still; the whole in da couch thing is a true statement. It didn't keep me heavily sedated to the point I didn't want to get up and move but def had me relaxed to the point where I wasn't doing anything that wasn't worth the energy expenditure. No arguments, no unesscay movements. Helped with anxiety and depression. I have combat-related PTSD, and I did vape this strain along with taking my meds, but ever since I started vaping these products I've went from taking about 17 pills through a break down of 4x a day to about 8-9 broken down to twice a day!
