Chocolope reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Chocolope.
This is a B- stain for sex. It was decent but nothing special. Had a few too many sativa negatives in terms of mind racing and difficulty focusing. But you can certainly do worse. The problem is you can also do much better. We had our best luck mixing this with a strong India (in this case Afghani) to take the edge off. That combination was fantastic. However, we much prefer strains that stand alone rather than having to be doctored to work the way we like.
We are 50-somethings who vape and have sex pretty much daily. All our reviews focus on our experiences mixing cannabis and sex. We only rate after using an oz so the reviews give a well-rounded impression that captures a strain’s potential, downsides, and typical effects.

Lifts your mood however it's lacking when it comes to back pain management. It helps some but not as well as others.
I’ve only had it via Bloom Farms Pax Pod. It has single handily improved my work life. One hit before getting into the office and I’m chipper, focused, productive and happy to make small talk. Kind of a waste any other time since it’s so subtle. All around a very high quality strain for those who can’t be total stoners.
I have smoked Chocolope before but haven't seen it recently. I found a pre-roll at a local provisioning center and smoked it. The strain has a nutty and chocolaty scent and smokes well. It definitely felt like a sativa but lacked the intense focus that I receive from strains like Green Crack and Durban poison. It did mix well with a 25 mg spicy hard candy edible without giving me anxiety. Overall a good strain, it just didn't wow me in a five star kind of way.
My brain goes ten million miles an hour. I have PTSD. I had always stayed away from sativas until I read an article that said sativas may actually help people with depression/anxiety/PTSD. After trying many nice indica strains, I decided to make Chocolope my first sativa experience. I am so happy with this purchase. It turned off my brain. Not in a stoned sense, but in an organized way...like neatly arranging books in a beautiful library. So relaxing, but not couch-locky. I feel creative and productive, and I’m not anxious. Extremely uplifting, but not overstimulating. It’s just dandy. I think I’ve found my Goldilocks.
This is my favorite sativa strain. I love the terpines, it tastes and smells wonderful to me. The effect is energizing with a great head buzz. I prefer to start my day off with Chocolope whenever I can.
A potent sativa reminiscent of the dank thai strains found along backpacking trails in the 80's and 90's. With a bit of a tropical kick from a cannalope haze father. Dark chocolate and coffee notes of the thai play well with the exotic fruit profile of the haze. The heavy handed euphoria of this delicious strain will crush stress and anxiety and leave you with a profound sense of well-being. Highly recommend for those treating mood disorders or anyone looking for a tasty, uplifting strain to start the day.
