As A 55 year old woman who has been smoking for 35 years, this is a very helpful, calming and yet an energizing Indica for me. The lower THC allows me to smoke it in the mornings. It calms down my racing thoughts, nausea and any anxiety that may pop up. It helps me take deeper breaths, feel lighter in my chest and head, while feeling very focused and motivated. Very pleased that I found 1/2 oz from Alt Sol. This is one that will have a permanent place in my medicine chest.

This review is for IESO Little Egypt's "SHO" (Solventless Hash Oil) extract. Purchased at NuMed Chicago. Purchase amount was a half gram. I do like how more and more Illinois companies are producing half gram amounts, which allows the person to try to product without investing a massive amount of money. The quality of extracts on the Illinois market is It looks like water hash/bubble, which I am not complaining about by anymeans. Sometimes, I feel like Bubble Hash offers the user a bit more of a full spectrum experience when compared to the butane extraction methods. When compared to distillate, it undoubtedly does. Now on to the actual product: Looks: Well, I obviously didn't see the flower or trim. The appearance is of a nice light tan/gold look on the edges. Where the puck is thicker, it appears darker. Since this is Solventless, this isn't surprising. Smell: This stuff doesn't give off a huge kick, but I remember that from the flower. This particular leans towards the sensi star rather the Sensi Star things, so expect earthy and spicy flavors. There is a bit of gas/fuel in there but nothing insane. Taste: Earthy, spicy, hashy with a bit of that sour kick and expansion. Extremely smooth smoke when dabbed. This is a rarity for me, but I am thinking of actually topping a flower bowl when I get home from work (currently 6:30 PM here, I get off in 4 hours exactly). If I do and the flavor is drastically different under combustion, I will update it. But yeah, this stuff really reminds me of some old school bubble and that is a very good thing. Effects: This is a strange one, it seems to quiet the mind and cause introspection but does so in a soft way. I'd say it "grounds" you more then anything. Does it knock you out? Hell no. Does it make the world a little easier? Yes. Not to be confused with Death Star OG, which is a knock out, sleep med. This is something you have before taking a walk on a warm night, before slipping away with a friend or partner for a beer and some appetizers, watching a movie with your boyfriend/girlfriend/special person, watching a documentary on a Sunday afternoon, sitting at a baseball game, after you hit the gym or something you hit before you park yourself on the couch after work. Basically its flexible. Would I buy this again? Most likely. It really depends. I want more bubble hash and fullmelt on the Illinois market. Right now, this is somewhat scratching that itch, but I will get sick of the same strain. My guesses for target medical users: PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Bi-Polar, Stress, ADD, sore muscles, mild pain. I am not sure if its really strong enough for some conditions, especially things like phantom limb pain, cancer, HIV/AIDs. I am a PTSD patient. However, this might be a choice for individuals with pain issues that need something to be able to function during the day. I don't medicate before work often.

Just grabbed a zip of this for $200 with the THC at 28%. Absolutely amazing bud! Probably one of the best deals I’ve ever found at a dispensary and with the way this gets me high, I can actually say it IS the best sea I’ve ever gotten at a dispensary. So relaxing and euphoric. For such a strong indica, I’m surprised the euphoria is so intense. Not very easy to find a good decent indica that relaxes you completely physically but also “STONED” in the face. It hits you right behind your eyes and look out novices cuz it’s a creeper, you may not feel too high at first but give it a little bit, cuz it’ll hit ya like u just slapped yo gramma! 😆 great for evening and nighttime, but me, I’ll smoke this anytime of day. One word: BOMB!!!

The flavor of Death Star is superior to most all other strains. To me it is unique, very soothing & deep taking over the entire body with a numbing effect. Pain relief & good rest are synonymous with this strain. If any discomfort comes is part of the resting routine whether it be insomnia, muscle tenseness, pain in any sense this is the strain to keep on bed stand. Would have this herb in constant rotation if it were more available at a more affordable price. So for now it is a treat or for times of heavy medicating. This is a great vape.or flower albeit usually on the more top shelf price tier. If the smell of this flower is not apparent just break apart one of the large in size, medium in density buds for that blissful odor to consume the room. Perfect for joints when broken down, but so potent better be ready to share or split in half. Maybe even thirds........

i’m really glad for the deathstar that i’ve been lucky to have enough that i didn’t have to worry about re upping for weeks now. and the best little dense nugget i’ve saved for last. it was a good day and at 2:40am and im still feeling good. and it’s friday!! this strain helps me a lot with my appetite, chronic insomnia amongst others. i dig it. i won’t lie. i really love purple buds. they always do the trick and talk about some really loud gas dang. wow i’ll bet. ha :) f%%k the rules, make your own. peace. i’m out.

This one hit me harder than my drunk stepfather. I have trouble going down to sleep at night, and this one does it for me, it’s super skunky with a heavy diesel undertone. Effects are heavy, and for me similar to that of a strong GG #5.

Sparking this bad boy right now, currently having some anxiety and nausea so im hoping this helps and doesn't make it worse. Update: Still toking but already in the first 2 hits I feel very relaxed… I forgot I was doing this.. great weed im in the clouds and i feel so good/happy. not too heavy but im def turning on a movie and going to bed. 10/10

Get ready for an intense ride. This bud will blow your doors off for sure. This strain may not be the best for some situations ( i.e. when you don't want to appear to be just baked out of your head.) There's no hiding the high with Death Star. We went Christmas tree shopping in the bitter cold. It took us about 45 minutes to pick out a tree...it ended up being the very first tree we saw. Then went to a bar and I confused a mirror for a window. Yeah, it's that good. A truly classic experience for those who are prepared. NOT for beginners or light weights. DS takes no prisoners.
