Pros: relaxing, moderate euphoria, great for bed time tokes, pleasant smell/taste, munchies, and nice bag appeal. Cons: some might find the munchies/sedation is too much with this strain. Overall Death Star is a solid indica. It’s been an effective sleep aid and reduced the stress of my PTSD symptoms. Definitely recommend this one!

This strain is pretty great for treating insomnia. The onset is about 10 - 15 minutes. I would describe the effects as follows: 1. Heavy. My body feels weighed down. Walking around, I feel a bit clunky, slow and awkward. When I hit the bed, I'm basically anchored; don't ask me to do any last-minute chores or activities after smoking .4+ grams of this stuff! 2. Tingly. Once I'm relaxed, I'm usually hit with wave after wave of tingly sensations flowing through my body (specifically limbs). 3. Sleep-inducing. I haven't found a strain (besides Hash Plant) that induces sleep so quickly. Once my eyelids get heavy, I'm out. 4. Relaxing. While many Sativa-dominant hybrid strains stimulate the mind and induce creativity, Death Star has a much more sedating effect. Personally, my mind isn't CLEAR after smoking this bud, but it does induce peace and complacency. Anyway, I would recommend this strain to anyone who needs help falling (and staying) asleep. Likewise, this strain is great for general relaxation. I wouldn't recommend smoking this in the morning or middle of the day; you'll want to use this bud to unwind 20 - 40 minutes before bed. Pro-tip: If you do use this strain to induce sleep, make sure to give yourself 15 - 20 extra minutes in the morning to get out of bed. I swear, this stuff will still have you stuck as soon as you wake up (coffee + shower + quick workout session will kill the morning haze pretty quickly).

This is the strain I have kept in my we draw just for days like this when I can't sleep and my brain is running 6000 km an hour this stuff calms you down and put you to sleep unbelievable happy feeling

This high is really relaxing kick back eat some snacks and watch a movie I haven’t had any complaints from my customers the smell is definitely deceiving, the high is better then the smell to me .

This is one of those strains. You know exactly what’s about to go on as soon as you look at it. The world renowned stench of sour d will smacks you in the face when you get within any type of proximity of this bud. Seriously though. Don’t be surprised if your neighbors complain about this one. This stuff isn’t for the faint hearted, so if that’s you, and you’re sitting there thinking about it, just do yourself a favor and put it down. Take a deep bong rip and you will cough all of your internal organs up, but i guarantee you’ll enjoy every second of it. The deep euphoric high that follows is that of which can really best be described as meditative. Smoke enough and you’ll put yourself into a medicine trans that you’ll never want to come out of. All in all, not my favorite, but I’ll buy it again.

okay so i picked up my J's from the dispensary and smoked them right as i got home. I had bought a big bag of goldfish and a bag of gummy bears and some sparkling water. I got so high i consumed all of it, smoked again, took a shower, and threw up. IN THE SHOWER. And I'm not talking a little bit. I'm talking like after I was done i had nothing left in my stummy. Anyways, still feeling nauseas, I crawled into bed and slept. I woke up with a headache and a dry mouth and my stomach still feels uneasy. Is this normal?

This is a hard, heavy hitter for me. I am thoroughly stoned for at least 4 hours before I begin to come down. My eyes are incredibly heavy and dry when I smoke this flower and it’s easy to get couch lock. I would never use this during the day. Nighttime only. Once caused a slight “hangover” feeling the next day. It also heightened my anxiety at one point, so I now use small doses.

Offered in both soil grown and hydroponic at one of my local dispensaries, I picked some up as I smoke primarily for sleep and pain. I selected the soil-grown which has an unremarkable aroma and appearance. Primarily a strong dirt smell with some woodiness and pine. Dark, sticky nugs. The taste is a bit bitter and harsh. I had read and was told by friends who have tried it, that it is a knockout strain. To my surprise; it had quite a different effect for me: Giggly, euphoric and very uplifted, yet heavily relaxed. Perfect for a night in watching your favorite movie comedies. This strain is going to be a regular for me.
