I suffer from CPTSD and thus strain works great when I'm having a bad mental day.
This African sativa is top notch on my list. Swells is my favorite spot to pick it up. It was explained to be a natural African og. Not too sure about all of that, but what I can say is it's one of my favorite sativas.
Very good daytime strain with creative effects.
We occasionally like mixing this with Chunky Diesel for a really great combo buzz with some pain relief that still lets you accomplish your daily tasks.
I love this strain. It's one of my go-to strains when out exploring the mountains. I'm lucky enough to live in the beautiful state of Colorado and have this strain readily available. It gives me great energy, euphoria, and an amazing uplifting high. It can make the novice a little anxious though, so be aware.
I've used it on its own as well as while drinking with friends and either way it's a fun, non-sedating high. Good for my anxiety. After smoking it I've quickly felt the mental and physical effects. Rolls a really great blunt, too - it burns well and the flowers are just sweet enough.

I found my favorite marijuana today.
Durban Poison. It's a sativa from South Africa. The buds were small, compact, and pretty unremarkable visually compared to a Gorilla Glue #4 with its red threads, or a Lemon Haze with its yellow flowers.
Clearly, Portland has spoiled me.
Durban Poison smells like a desert oasis at sunset and tastes like if a finger bowl wasn't intended for rinsing one's fingers between courses at a fancy-pants meal, but rather a small palate cleansing soup.
Its effects are immediate and overwhelming - throwing open the blinds on the first sunny, warm day of spring of the mind. Borderline psychedelic at the peak - I felt a real connectedness for a moment, sensing the threads that connect all of the everythings.
10/10 would (not) inhale again.

This strain was a unique experience. I usually don't do well with sativa. However this strain somewhat got me anxious, it wasn't uncomfortable. I was very alert but felt fine. This might have more to do with being outdoors in open spaces, keeping anxiety from getting to extreme. (nature is calming to me), I have an anxiety disorder so the avg person would likely do well with this strain.

I LOVE this strain. It is one of my favorite sativas out there. It's just... delicious and the high is excellent, if grown, cured and kept correctly. I've had my fair share of disappointing DPs out there but when you get a good one, it's so worth it.
