It's dank
Durban is something I go out of my way to pick up every time I visit Colorado. It has the most distinct taste and pungent smell. If you have ever heard of someone referring to weed as "gas", this strain is why. It smells like straight gasoline and smokes like an overused chimney.

Junk. Dry, brittle, powdery. THC content listed is bull****. I've been smoking for 30 years, using it for pain for 12 yr. So I think I'm qualified to give a review. I'm a Sativa or Sativa hybrid person. I use it for pain, appetite, mood elevator. Cresco Labs had alot of hopes. But, not from me. Go back to school, and learn how to grow and produce good weed. I would've had a better high & relief drying the grass in my yard. But, this is just like Illinois. They probably tell the dispensaries to hand it out dry so we medical patients, who are on a fixed budget, will have to buy more. Why? Illinois is broke and they really didn't want to, legalize medical pot. Cresco, I'm not a novice. You can't fool me, or any other patients who have been using for a long time. Your Durban is shit. A waste of money. Illinois patients, am I wrong? I will not buy Durban again, at least not in this state.
I love this strain. the high is very energetic, its closer to a cup of coffee than a bowl. The flavor is like nothing ive ever had before. the smell reminds me of green sour patch kids with hints of cheese pine and diesel. the buds are dense but squishy and super sticky, some of the most resinous buds ive had in a while. 10/10 will toke again.
This is a solid sativa dominant strain that does the trick all right. Psychoactive effects, giggles, smiles, fun, fun, fun. But it only lasts 30-45 minutes, hence why one of its offspring, the silly Alaskan Thunderfuck, suffers from this same annoyance, a very short duration. If a shorter duration of effects and high intensity is what you like, then this will be a 5 star strain no doubt. This is a potent weed strain, and is definitely good for heavy depression, PTSD, and fatigue, too bad it only lasts such a short while.
As a prominent landrace, Durban Poison leaves little to be desired. With a full bodied flavor profile and uplifting, pure sativa effects, this is an amazing strain.
Recommended for those that enjoy sativa; a unique and historic experience for those who have not yet tried a landrace.
Very nice, fruity, citrusy aroma. Flavor mostly reminds me of sushi rice. Made me ADHD, though, not creative at all, and the high doesn't last very long and kept me going back for more--went through a quarter ounce of this stuff just as fast as I've gone through an eighth of other strains I've tried. My partner found it to have no effect beyond the duration of the high in treating her symptoms of bipolar disorder.

I can only describe Durban Poison as an amazing sativa experience. Great head buzz and energy, perfect for video games, chores or working out. Hands down, my favorite sativa.
