Durban Poison reviews

This is my first strain I’ve ever tried after getting my card. To preface I have CPTSD and panic attacks as well as irritability because of the former. I mainly wanted to get my card because My ex husband actions had sent me into a constant state of hyper vigilance and I’m exhausted. I hit my cart twice on my pen. Immediately felt a head rush that went away after ten or so seconds. I felt normal but my friend said I was talking funny. Definitley made me very talkative. About 39 minutes after I hit it I felt very calm. I definitely got a body high from this. With My Hypervigilance it was like I was still jumpy and alert but felt no panic. Definitely felt some paranoia on this. Made me feel like every male around could hurt me but I wasn’t freaking out just very wary if that makes sense? I think it’s because I am not in a good headspace so don’t let that stop you from trying this. One thing I noticed as well was that all of my senses felt heightened. I had to drive home which was an hour away from where I was and I started to get a headache from how intense the lights seemed to be. All around I’d say this is a good strain if you aren’t expecting all of your ptsd symptoms to go away. Definitely felt like I could be productive if I wanted to. Made me very sleepy toward the end

Solid high. Not good for sleep tho. Perfect for gaming or going out with friend. This strain isn’t giving me the insecure/anxious feeling like the other strains. Excellent weed overall. 👍🏻

It doesn’t matter the strain - I’m going to be sleepy regardless. Until I found 3 Kings a few years back. It keeps me energized and opens up my creativity like nothing I’ve ever experienced - until I tried Durban Poison last night. Very similar vibe as 3 Kings but a sweeter smell and stickier bud. As a novice smoker I think I have found my 2nd favorite strain.

Excellent strain for energy and existential conversation. Some of my fave weed conversations with this strain.

I’m a new smoker so still trying to figure out what I like and don’t like. Durban Poison is already a winner for me. I was looking for something that didn’t make me sleepy and didn’t give me the munchies. So far, so good! Just as effective as coffee and, if anything, makes me feel full. I feel uplifted but my brain feels less scrambled. I feel like I can still function and I’m just as happy to relax as I am to be productive. I think this will end up being a long-term favorite for me.

Great uplifting. Can go outside and not be dazed but greatly high. Impressive. This is included and part of my first medicinal cannabis purchase for PLMD. Great stuff and relaxing. Acquired a South Dakota Medicinal Cannabis and Native Nations Cannabis.

Ground 1/2g, nice pine smell. Through the Volcano and a bubbler at 210° C. Great flavor, pine with a orange after taste. Energizing. Good flower.
