great for pain relief! it was a very relaxing high however I was not too couch locked. maybe it was the only taking a few hits at a time to adjust to it. still a fairly novice smoker, but I was able to do some organizing while on this strain. I also focused enough to do some writing which hasn't happened in a minute. not my favorite but I gotta say the pain relief is unmatched. the pain relief I felt the most pleased with was my upper back as I had a pulled something in my neck and back and shoulder. very long lasting buzz but I got a slight headache after.

My husband said it makes him feel old and grape. It gives a relaxation feeling and the grape taste when exhaling.

I've used the original Grand Daddy Purps from Ken Estes as medicine for years, now. Anyone else's take on the strain is completely underwhelming, and not worth the time, money, and effort. Make sure you're getting the original genetics, and you'll be pleased with the effect(s)

It’s great for me to get to sleep and stay asleep but I had very stressful dreams and/or nightmares after continued use.

I smoked this strain for the first time today and it made me so paranoid that I had to call 911. If you get paranoid easily this might not be a strain for you.

A total classic and my all time favorite for years now. Always does the job and it's such a delicious strain too. For insomnia and anxiety this strain has helped every time. Also nausea is another ailment this can alleviate.
