Granddaddy Purple reviews

This beauty might have turned me into a stoner. It relieved all my stomach aches and gave me such a good night sleep. I woke up feeling sort of rejuvenated. Also it feels fucking amazing. Highly recommend!
I've never been the biggest fan of pure indica but this strain gives you a nice head high for the first 15 minutes or so because it's just so strong. The body high is amazing though and it definitely puts you in the right frame of mind to sit down and just absorb information. For an indica this strain had me thinking pretty deeply into everything I watched/heard. Watching tv or YouTube, or even listening to music is great on this strain.
In my opinion this strain is definitely better to smoke out of a bong or water pipe as the smoke is pretty harsh.
Overall, a very grand experience. B)

Great strain I've been using with oil in deltacann cartridge for vape. Really potent and great for night time relaxing.
3 stars only because I usually have 4-5 different strains at any given time and by the time I get to it in the evening, I tend to reach for DSB for its potent indica effect. As for the GDP, it looks good, smokes well, but doesn't have quite the potency I need to manage my back spasms. Based on the quality of this bud and where it came from (TSCC), I'd gamble on the same strain from CBHS Vancouver, any day.
man, this is my all time favorite! im pissed its so hard to get in ct and it flies off the shelves in the dispensaries. i melt away after smoking this and i sleep like a baby. great high, purple buds, great taste
I vape my GDP and the Indica there is , taste very fruity
Got this at Old Toby in Chehalis, WA. See pictures and detailed reviews on my blog the Aging Ent's Tastings -- Brand: Dama
Strain: Grand Daddy Purple
Indica-dominant Hybrid
--Potency Analysis: TTL 22% THC 0% CBD 0% THCa 22%
Cost: $15/gram --
I have to start this talking about the packaging from dama brands... It's packed in nitrogen to keep it fresh. The box is very big, and full of a ton of info. -- This is that deep purple, and frosty. --The texture is pretty dry, the nitrogen packaging notwithstanding. This was very dry, over-cured perhaps. I'm just going to have to take a look at some other nitrogen-packed strains to see if this is how they all end up.

The dryness resulted in a pretty light scent, but it's a very unique combination. As soon as I smelled this I thought "BBQ Chicken!" It's spicy, woody with a bit of sweetness and I stand by that first whiff.--This was woody and had some mild spice tastes, and an undernote of bland sweetness. Yes, bland sweet. There's no texture or shape or special characteristic of it. The exhale was carbony but faint.

I got an indica, for the first time in ages, because I needed to relax. I was after a good shoulder-stress reducing and hip-arthritis easing high and that's exactly what I got. This got me calm and relaxed, I was heavy in the head and face throughout this high. Eventually I fell asleep.

I don't usually get indica, I prefer sativa or a hybrid, but a friend brought over a pre-roll of this from Uncle Ike's today. this one grown by Kush Farms. Nice sweet, fruity flavor, not harsh at all. A while after smoking this, I suddenly noticed a lack of pain, many of my problems are muscular due to walking weird from gout/arthritis. It didn't really make me sleepy, but I can see how it might if you smoked it by yourself. So yes, I would get this again!
