well. that was something. since i haven't got high in almost 30 years, and Washington State now has legal buds across the river, i figured i would give it a go. first off i was damn surprised how much i had to smoke of the stuff! i took it real slow as i didn't want to be completely stoned and have my wife catch me lol. but i kept reloading that bowl and toking it like it was going out of style. first sensations were tingling in my body and chest was warm like it was glowing like E.T. then when it FINALLY hit me, well, i can't remember when everything in the whole damn world was so fucking funny. EVERYTHING. every thought (and there were lots of silly things going through my mind) and every word out of my mouth as I sat there entertaining myself. this lasted for about 10 hilarious minutes, and then subsided which was a bit of a bummer, but I wasn't going to smoke no more to keep it going, at least not the first time since i was 14 years old. taste and smell were pleasant and it wasn't too harsh. i was sitting outside in the dark. thought i saw some things but not really--not hallucinations mind you just more perceptive to my surroundings. and i tell you i had bionic hearing i swear. i could hear EVERYTHING. the cars driving down the street sounding intensely amazing. even after the real buzz calmed down ( I wouldn't call it mellow--i wish the funny stage lasted a lot longer) I could hear everything and everything was really, HEARABLE. not loud, just very much noticeable constantly. had a little trouble walking, couldn't keep my mind focused on completing a task, tried to pull out the chapstick from my pocket thinking it was the pipe and held it up to light up before i saw what i was holding lol. couldn't keep track of everything in my pockets as i had bags of buds and a pipe and a lighter and visine and a knife and everything else i carry everytime i tried to get something out of my pockets. it was funny as hell, but hell isn't funny that's serious shit. don't neglect that. soooo...i really wish I could have just sat back and watched tv and eat food other people prepared for me as that would have been great. unfortunately i had to cook my own eggs and that was the most difficult egg scrambling i ever tried to do. lol. and i had to shower. i will never do that again. the water was like a friggin waterfall loud and it was not easy to shower, or really do anything at all. body buzz was medium heavy and my mind was pretty clear, and i had a lot on conversation going on in there. next time i am going to be better prepared to just chill. i'm sure it will be better when i am more prepared and used to it, too. but not bad for the first time in 3 decades ;-)

This bud is great. It has beautiful dense purple bud with brown hairs, smells like grape and sweet weed and tastes like berries on the exhale. Has a nice smooth smoke and delivers and intense lasting body and heady high.

Granddaddy Purple, how do I love thee. Tastes like yummy grapes and berries, brings a fulfilling heavy cloud of warmth over my mind and body. Dopey, sleepy, munchy.

One of the smoothest vapes I've ever tried. Sweet with a grape/berry flavor. You don't end up coughing or choking at the end of it. I use this to help with fibromyalgia and it's perfect to vape just before bed. It makes you relaxed and sleepy. I feel no pain at all!

I ordered up GDP from Aphria for its relaxing effects. Couple hits right after dinner and your day is definitely done. The head high is manageable and constant. Body definitely loses a gear or two. I'm sorry but rarely do I get the taste and smell thing. GDP is a strain I'd order regularly.
