Granddaddy Purple reviews

Dreamy, soft, dark, comfortable, sleepy.. yet more like really really comfy. definite visual cloudiness. Out of all the purple strains I have had before this one feels the most "purple". The pheno I had was very dark. Not overpowering. Not a care in the world. Its hard to be worried about a lot when on GDP. This is a solid strain and will leave you with an overall relaxed/contentment feeling with your life. Good mood stabilizer yet may get somewhat old after a while for casual day use. Fun daytime strain every now and then but definitely recommended for night overall.

I thought this was more of a head high than a body high in my opinion. I listened to this Creedence Clearwater Revival song "Ramble Tamble", it tripped me the hell out but it was so amazing. I would recommend listening to music while smoking this. I always get the munchies too. When I smoked this, me and my friend were out in a cornfield. The sky had an overcast, all white clouds. It made me feel like I was in the middle of no where like I was in a different universe. Have you ever seen the one episode of Spongebob where Squidward used the time machine and he went back and forward and time, and then he screwed up the time machine and then he ended up in this world where it was all empty and white? Yeah it felt like that. Then later, we had to wash his car. I felt very productive. It made me get some stuff done. Then later at night I went to bed, still high, I put on some good headphones and listened to some Floyd. "Echoes" to be exact. Everytime I listen to Floyd and close my eyes, I always see amazing things in my head. Anyway I like this strain haha.

Grand daddy purple is exactly what you need after a hard days work. Any time you want to sink into the couch and forget about everything around you take a couple puffs of grand daddy.

I have anxiety disorders and Bipolar, and Granddaddy, after hundreds of uses, has consistently been better for my mental illness symptoms than any other strain. There is a relaxation, unique to this plant, that is so deep but so gentle; GDP makes me want to meditate, or enjoy nature. When grown well, gives such a consistent sense of well-being and sanity. Like hanging out with good friend. My favorite.

One of my favorite Indicas. Love smoking this after a long day at work and during the weekends. Helps with my pain and sleep.

Great stimulant!

I can't say I have smoked a strain as good as this one. I'm usually the type of person that doesn't smoke indica a whole lot but this one changes the game. It starts up really uplifting and makes you happy and hungry and the high is great. Then BAM... You are done participating in life and you have become an indicouch potato. Great for a couple hours before bed due to the lag of sleepiness.
