Best bud high I’ve had in a long time. As a mostly concentrate smoker, smoking home grown GDP hit me harder than I expected. I wanted to do nothing but sleep. Makes for a great before bed high, but also okay to smoke during the day in moderation. If not in moderation you’ll be a couch zombie, munching to your hearts content. Great smelling bud as well. Very fruity, flowery smell.

Sleeping through the night is an issue for me. I always wake up 2-4am and can’t go back to sleep. I took 2 doses of Grandaddy Purple before bedtime. Slept a several hours woke up briefly but fell right back to sleep without tossing and turning for an hour. I 💜GDP!

Extremely heavy strain. I have a lower tolerance because I always have trouble finding strains that don't give me anxiety, high heart rate, or make me feel like I can't breathe. This usually hits me like a load of bricks all at once. One moment you're chatting away with a friend and the next, you can't think straight and have what i call "brain constipation" where your thought train goes at like 1mph lol. If you're into turning into a pile of mush with your friends and giggling away, this is a great strain. I just find i can't smoke too much of it or i have the classic "my heart feels like it's going to pop out of my chest and i am having trouble breathing" thing. So probably best for a more veteran smoker or someone with a higher tolerance. Even when I was smoking it every other day, it'd get me just as high with a small amount, feels like it doesn't affect your tolerance at all! Also munchies are monstrous on this haha!
