Grape Ape reviews

If you're going to get someone to smoke for their first time in a while, or ever, this might be the stuff to use. This batch is entirely purple with orange hairs and the occasional green spliced in throughout. Hard to describe the smell - unlike any other strain i've smelled. Smells like juicy fruit gum. The smoke is smooth and hashy, and the effect is a nice body stone evened out with an uplifted head high. Looks more fierce than the punch it delivers. Time as a concept is totally gone once high on this stuff.. hours go by like minutes (and weirdly, vice versa). The high doesn't last too long, which helps avoid couch lock, but finishes munchy as hell..
I read the description on this strain but i have to disagree on one thing, this strain was definitely a knockout. I had a feeling of vertigo while i was laying in my bed and a very strong body high. I was unbelievably hungry too, right after eating a meal. All after one small bowl. Definitely would recommend this for a lazy/rainy day.
Grape Ape is one of my favorite strains. I felt extreme euphoria after taking 2 small hits then after about 30 minutes or so it became the usual lazy indica stone.
After much trying, this strain has grown on me. Initially it was too sedating and I was looking more for creativity, but now that I am used to it it's not so couch-locky, and is the BEST painkiller for when my migraines and arthritis kick in and even my liver-killing prescription meds won't touch the pain - this makes me feel comfy.
Cheaper than others, too!
Though I am still a newbie in terms of breadth of strains experienced, I can still say with confidence that GA is one of the most satisfying strains. It starts in the head and eyes then moves out through the body, leaving me really relaxed and happy. The dispensary labeled it a hybrid, not an indica. I think I'd call it indica compared to everything else I've tried.
