Island Sweet Skunk reviews

I was a non-believer. I figured all of this talk about different strains for different issues was total BS, just another excuse to get high. Until I had the Sweet Isle Skunk. I am a 52 year old private equity professional on Wall Street, suffering from extreme neurological pain in my feet and legs. Nobody can figure it out, been to a half dozen specialists. My high-end concierge MD, finally gave up on all the terrible things we were trying (like real narcotics) and said we should try the cheeba. I have been trying different strains, and sure when I am on them my legs don't bother me. But I can't get anything done. Until Sweet Island. I did some in a pre-filled vape pen yesterday and it was like I was in this perfect zone of pain relief and great motivation. I am writing all of this so that if you are like me, initially a huge skeptic, maybe I can save you some time. Stop thinking about this subject in the way it has been force fed to you. Use your head, try it out, tell a friend. We all know people who would be better off with this plant if they could just get over themselves. I did.

Great strain for the am. Perfect energy and focus. This sativa leaves me with no paranoia or anxiety. That's a big plus for me using Sativa's. I recommend!

Piney. Moist. Better than Durban poison.

This is the first strain I felt the need to write about; on paper, it doesn't look like anything too special, but it gives a very clear-headed feeling despite it's analgesic and anxiety-relieving effects. Those medical uses, one reason I chose to try this strain, are generally less common in sativas and I thought it had a very pleasant effect. It will keep you from pain/stress without leaving you stoned all day. If you smoke recreationally, it's still an enjoyable daytime strain for doing active things or even cleaning.

Strong earth fruity type smell,taste of grapefruit & sweet tea 🍵

Sweet Smelling Chemical like flowers. These Large hard to break apart Torpedo's, have a solid white coat even the leafs look pale and light purple. Another nugget has a bunched look to it, just hairs wriggling, torqued, contorted bright orange hairs that pop! The taste is smooth, pungent, light grassy textures, rosemary, sage and over the course of the evening I taste the pepper at the end of every hit, bring water for that back hit. The effects are coming on slowly, I notice the light streams have a ray of beams that reflect on every bright source like a light bulb. Colors stand out more and so do individual objects. Heavy visual laggy-ness trails when I move my hand over the keyboard. I am having "Imprinted vision", it's a term I use when I look at something for a second like a diamond pattern; then look at a blank wall I can still see the pattern after just looking at the pattern for a moment. The Vape is thick when you inhale, but almost no vape after, It's a quick absorber into the bloodstream through the lungs. I try to be detailed as much as possible, during these reviews so I can refer back to them to see how it affected me. Left me physical feeling calm, and attentive, happy a little energetic, and super uplifted feeling. Next time I see this rare strain I am getting more! Taste is good-great, the bud is fantastically looking right color, nice frostiness, compact structure hard to break apart. There's some pain numbing-ness not too much of that though very head stoned, for it's more than just stoned you can focus on it which is a rare quality for me. I will recommend this for those who suffer from ADHD/ADD, Pain, Depression, Mood Disorders, Fatigue, Stress, PMS "Pre-Mood Stress" not to be confused with the other common term of "PMS". and of course Fibromyalgia. It's usual time lasts for 2-3 hours.

For a sativa, this is a very powerful strain in terms of the uplifting effects. I would NOT recommend this for people who suffer from severe anxiety. it doesn't necessarily make me panic, but it makes me anxious, and that ruins the high. If you don't get anxious easily and are in search of a sativa to wake you up in the morning or to give you a boost if you're drained during the day, this would be a great strain to go to. I have only ever used it in live sugar form (a concentrate made by Cresco).
