Makes you want to climb Everest immediately. I'm a first timer, relatively new to smoking. I think sativas are not fully for me since if I smoke even a little bit too much, I have panic attacks. So I almost felt the jitters but stopped smoking. Felt really uplifted, energetic, and excited to be alive. Just kept cleaning the house, doing activities, etc. felt motivated to get my stuff done. It's definitely for when you have things to do. Not for sitting around, or else it'll quickly make you feel sad/panic instead.
Good for energy and daytime use, doesn't give me that happy, happy feeling like lemon skunk but great for motivation, work and exercise. In low doses or micro-dossing it's great for focus on the job at hand.

I think this strain give the perfect head high for the kind of pepsle that just fall asleep from indica this strain gives good taste and great head high
I wasn't surprised to see the Haze lineage because I'm usually a fan. Even though I suffer from severe anxiety, I tend to get more paranoid and anxious with indicas than sativas. Jack Herer for me usually helps relieve stress, muscle tension, and nausea, while helping with energy, focus, concentration, and productivity. It's a very uplifting strain that helps ground you when dealing with stressful situations so you can get things done. Excellent daytime strain for me. I like to keep a vape cartridge handy.
Functional daytime strain. Relaxing and mildly stimulating.
I only used moderate doses, but it's remarkably clear-headed with no paranoia or anxiety. I could do anything I do sober.

Jack Herer is a nice strain
When it comes to pain, I have had better strains. However, Jack rocks when it comes to mental health...I find it really helps with my depression, lifts me up and gives me a big smile and tons of energy. It is good for daytime use mostly, and maybe a little more intoxicating than some might like for functionality. But the joy it gives me is worth a bit of compromise, and when I cut it with a good indica to cover the pain, it's sublime.
