Been looking for the best strain for my chronic insomnia. To date PK was the best but this strain is amazing. Just 3 hits and it was time to sleep, deep sleep for hours. It also reduced my pain. I highly recommend this strain for all insomniacs. Trabuco Health has it at a great price and they deliver to all of CA by mail, excellent company. I only se them and one local delivery service.

I have smoked some of the greats, have grown some of the greats as well. When I saw this on the dispensary menu in Arizona, I scratched my head, (understand that as a Norcal Guy) I just didn't think they had it in them to pull it off here...more on that later in my upcoming piece "Combing Cowboy Country for Chronic…" I asked hey is this indoor? outdoor, greenhouse? and was greeted with an IDK...until through the door came Jane at Monarch, Scottsdale, calmly saying it's indoor and it's good. So I promptly said I'll take an eighth. The product I got was the first time it had matched what I had smoked in Cali, and the ride was "perfect" the nose, burn, ash, buzz, everything was on the money...one of the finest...if you have the nuts to call it Louis XIII be prepared to deliver...and damn if it didn't. What a great experience, enough so, that its changing the tempo of my piece, which will now have to wait a few more days...because I did find "Chronic in Cowboy Country", I just had to wade through a lotta horse shit to find it... Props.

I smoked this with my band mates after a show and everyone liked it. It had a strong flavor and effect being good.

At the dispensary I would always see this bud rated at 15$ a gram and finally had to try it out for my self. Top shelf bud is what the price labeled the bud. It's really not that crystaly it has a darker OG kush look to it since it's an OG kino. Bulbus nugs different shape to each nug, one is spiraled out in different directions while one looks like a tri-force space ship. Not very pungent, but smells like grass and has some earthy tones to it. It's a nice relaxer and leaves me feeling hungry. No paranoia, dry mouth and dry eyes. Overall for top shelf bud this isn't bad, but could definitely see lots of forms of improvement. Generally I tried this a few times to give it a fair trial, but it comes up to short. It's missing proper nutrients, and soil treatment. Lavender is still legendary around here and is an instant extreme heavy hitter. Louis is great for pain and stiff nerves, but other than that I would need a stronger version of it to give it a fair kush trial. It's not tested either leaving me to believe its not that heavy, and has been on the shelf a while..

If one word had to describe this strain it would be POTENT. Picked up a half-gram 710 Kingpen cartridge from my local dispensary, and waited until around an hour before I usually crash to start vaping. Usually my tolerance is quite high as I prefer wax and vape cartridges to bud sometimes, however this cartridge had a quick onset which becomes noticeable after the first few waves of euphoria hit. Although it starts as a relaxing body high, the strain quickly wears you down mentally and leaves you struggling to keep your eyes open. Overall, this strain is an assured nightcap to anyone with disturbed sleep or insomnia. Four stars relates to the groggy head-feel that I felt when I woke the next morning, probably attributable to the strains high THC content, so hit lightly. Might be reluctant to use this in a social setting unless you can fight through the sleepiness.

I’m a feather on this. If you smoke too much though you’ll get uncomfortably heavy/relaxed, and it’ll feel like your eyes are falling into your brain when you lay down. Best to smoke this within 15 minutes of sleep and let the feather carry you away.

Always Had Trouble Falling Asleep at Night and I Was Not Going To Take Start Taking Pills, This Strain Put Me Gracefully To Sleep Under My Warm Soft Blanket 🤤 Definitely Would Recommend To People Who Don’t Get Enough Good Sleep or Just Have Trouble Going To Sleep!

One of the best Indica's King Louis 13 OG kush is one of the best indica's one can hope to obtain. The high is very relaxing and heavy with a side of euphoric carelessness. Expect to be couchlocked, very hungry, and in the mood to binge on Netflix. The effects start in the head with the strong buzz quickly spreading to the body. Sleep may soon follow. Good bud for insomnia, pain, and lack of appetite. Piney, kush smell typical of OG's. Buds are tight and dense. Very sticky with trichs. Solid indica 4.5/5
