A solid Sativa, yet it does not over power the body too much. I had some trouble with skating but I'm no Seguin to begin with. A sustained buzz with an easy let down. I didn't feel too hungry, which I normally do. Bottom line, easy to function around other people, and a fun bud. 8/10

By far my favorite strain I have experienced in my year and a half or so of smoking mainly because I have all of the good feelings that come with a strong sativa but I can think completely clearly. Smoking a bit of this and and drinking a good sized cup of coffee and you've got a perfect day in the works.

The Waui has now kicked in and the two of us enjoy one of the great traditions and qualities of the Islands for at least two hours: a steady euphoric island paradise high. Smell that familiar coconut oil in the distance as the distinctive sweet smoke of fresh Maui Waui herb freezes this Hawiian memory into our autobiography.

Tested at 15.5 percent THC from SPARC in SF. This sativa's nose is fruity and light, like the strain Pineapple. It's light green with lots of orange hairs. Medium density nugs of small to medium size, were cured well, with an audible snap when the stem breaks. Grinds easily and comes out with tons of kief dust, not gooey or resiney. Burns up quick and clean in a two-footer, with a light fragrant intake and equally pleasant exhale. Coughed twice from the strength. It's a two-hitter quitter. Instant relaxation, anti-anxiety, and an energetic buzz. Settles into a slight heaviness in eyes. Perfect for a sunny day in the park. Adds an OCD-like focus to otherwise boring housecleaning, and data entry.

Great strain. Very good for my anxiety and depression. I really enjoy mixing this with Grand Daddy Purple.

Although the buzz didn't last long, the trip was worth it.

It doesn't take much for me to get high at all. Just a few hits and I'm faded. With this strain, I took about 4 hits and the high hit after about 5 minutes. It made me really lightheaded and dizzy at first, but then I just got glued to my bed. I couldn't concentrate on anything except how high I was. I feel asleep about 10 minutes later and didn't wake up until about 12 hours later.

While searching for collectives near my parent's house(also patients) in Carmichael, CA I found that Paradise Wellness had Maui Wowwie(Waui). I remember hearing my parents and family and friends talk about this strain when I was kid in the early 90s. So, I took the 55mile trip and picked up an eighth. I will be making another 55mile trip soon to pick up a quarter. I love the creative euphoric instant high this bud gives. Being an artist my head gets going with ideas. Be careful though, if you want to be productive with those ideas, or at least want to write em down take small hits. ;) Best when smoked from a bong but I get a good high from a blunt too.
