Phantom OG reviews

After a very long day, I decided to wind down with some Phantom OG I purchased from Golden Leaf Wellness near Avondale, AZ. It was recommended by the bud tender, Alan, and on sale for $9/g. I loaded a bowl into my bong after a late dinner. Within a few minutes I was a little giggly and happy. I just remember wanting to play and chat with my wife. Within another few minutes, all talking stopped. My eyelids became super heavy. My body relaxed quite a bit. (My back was really sore and tight from BJJ training earlier.) The pain subsided and I found myself waking up after 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep. That was an amazing night of sleep. Woke up a little groggy, like i had taken sleeping pills, but that was expected after 7 long, refreshing hours of sleep. I only have this one data point to go by, so I don’t want to jump the gun by saying this strain is my nighttime favorite. I will give it another shot or two, before making that conclusion. I could’ve been really tired from the long day, or this Phantom OG is a gem. It is a must try, if available.

This was one of the first indicas I've tried, and it certainly has it's good qualities. It begins with a heavy head high (though not very cerebral) that eventually spreads throughout the body, leaving you feeling like you've just had a full body massage. I would highly recommend it for pain or insomnia. The only downside would be that has lingering effects that almost feel like a hangover. I only use it at night, and usually if I don't have much going on the next day.

This is my new favorite strain. love the tingling sensation and relaxation that comes with it. Does great for my pain and depression.

I feel toasted off 2 bong rips. It took maybe 5 minutes for effects to kick in and then bam! I just got more and more blazed feeling. I feel toasted. Squinted feeling to my eyes, very heavy head feeling and stoned in my brain feeling. I feel slow as heck in my mind. I feel focused at the same time. I don't know about the taste. It tastes like really good clean bud. Just good delicious clean meds. Great stuff. I just baked some chocolate chip cookies and they taste sooo good. Food is so bomb on this strain. This one has me feeling just happy and good inside. I really hope the indica side of this strain comes on heavily and putts me to sleep for the whole night. I feel relaxed for sure. 5 star strain for sure. I love these OG strains.

I smoke for insomnia, and I’ve had dozens of strains and Phantom is by far my favorite one that I’ve ever tried. I feel a real nice, happy high for about 30 minutes to an hour, and then my eyes just start to close by themselves and once I lay down I’m asleep within what feels like seconds. 10/10 recommend if you have trouble falling asleep. Works like a charm.

Awesome strain uplifting and at the same time relaxing.. Ate like a piranha after I hit that big joint

Phantom is a nice indica on the lighter side of the scale compared to some of the heavier (Nine Pound Hammer, The White, etc...) sleep aids. This is nice for times when there are still things to do yet need/want to be medicated or high for whatever reason. Moderate pain relief is offered with elevated mood enhancement. What I call a two part strain starting out giggly & euphoric for the first quarter of the buzz settling into relaxed mode thereafter. Buds were small and did not have much of a smell. Tasted like honeysuckles mixed with that earthy smooth kind of like coffee uniqueness of original OG Kush. Look forwards to dancing with the Phantom again soon. Halloween would be fabulous!!!
