This is a strain that when it hits you, you know youre in for a good high. My experience with this strain was such a memorable time and i would for sure put this in my favourite strains list. Me and the bro sparked up a j before high school at the park just down the road on a cold autumn morning. I thought it was low quality because i couldnt feel it for about 6-8 minutes but it crept on me so hard. It made us struggle to talk but not in a bad way, a wave of pure relaxation hit us and we were tripping quite hard. Its like lifes graphics got 10x better while we were walking to school because we have to walk through a nature walk to get to school. It felt like we were lagging while walking and we couldnt even recognize our classmates and people from a far when we got to school. We just chilled on a bench by our class in the sun outside our class to fully embrace the high and just soak in it. In class i felt so relaxed, the teacher had soft yellow lighting on and i was tripping, it felt like someone was shaking my head real fast and it was like i could hear it, it sounded like i was getting shot by an actual ak hahaha. But i was locked in though i could still function properly in my school work. Overall i would rate this strain a 9/10, made me tingly asf, relaxed, locked in, creative and chill in general. Great strain, would reccomend to all weed users.

This will be my first review ever! Purple AK flower got it from Trulieve, I never smoked this one I like indica not a Sativa or hybrid fan unless it’s indica. Well with that being said. The buds were small but were enough for a good size blunt. I have a very high tolerance I can smoke three blunts before I get lit. I took one hit was getting to hit it again but the coughing was unbelievable. Had to get a drink came back hit it again and it began. The ringing from head to toe! Then my head cleared and I’m began typing this review! It hit me fast! I’m chillin and clear headed and relaxxxxed. 😶‍🌫️🤭☺️

Very few strains deserve a 5 star. Something indicative of landrace/heirloom strains will win out every time. I recommend this one to every patient dealing with pain, anxiety, and (if the chemotype reached a significant amount of CBG) depression. Purple AK is a Swiss Army knife. Cannabis naive users should take it very slowly. It comes on quickly. Immediate pressure behind the eyes turning into a calming, full body, feel dropping those shoulders after around 5 minutes. Every time.

I picked this one up at the suggestion of a friend. I’ve had ‘AK47 and I’ve had Purple Afghani but in this strains combo it’s top 3 in pain relief. I mean from the first 15 minutes. My friend was correct, it’s for pain and laying back awhile. Impressive.

Boy I’ll tell yah. Got my hands on this strain at 16 years old w my boys. My neighbor, whom we revered to extent w a bit of “don’t end up like him” prejudice, had given is a couple grams of it already wrapped in a swishers sweet blunt. Shit instantly had my friends dying of laughter at me as I couldn’t find my phone and my keys before we left to go rollerblading. The high had me forgetting conversations that literally would just have had transpired. And it lasted for about 4-6 hours. Given at the time I was relatively a new smoker and this had been one of my first times smoking exotic. Good times ! I’m 22 now.

I bought this as a concentrate (CO2 Cart.) based on the description on Leafly. The product I bought was extremely harsh on the back of the throat. Take tiny hits as the feeling of "expansion" in the lungs causes terrible coughing. That said, the blast-off with this stuff is the most powerful of anything I have experienced in recent years. I am not exaggerating one bit. For me, it was just as the description indicates: I get a body tingle after just a few minutes which intensifies and becomes "floaty." Then after perhaps a half hour, the cerebral energy kicks in, and has the feel of a great old school sativa. And this is on the equivalent of just a couple of hits. In my view, this strain is for experienced users only. The effects come on strong, but they are laggy and staged. It is easy to take on too much. The first time, I did so, and I slept for hours. The prospect of a huge paranoia spike seemed just around the corner, too in that instance--something very rare for me and only happening in the past after I had taken way too much. Moderation in all things, but especially this strain.
