Has a grape taste to me but this is deceptively relaxing and I'm finding myself excited to go to sleep. I would give this an overall 4.3. Great sleep aid.

Makes my gf with ulcerative colitis feel great also helps with her arthritis. Very good with people with inflammatory bowel diseases. Knocks us out though.
