Great strain. On my best sativa list, maybe not number 1 but definitely there, I’d say it’s more sativa than hybrid. Honestly, I consider some thing no longer a hybrid when it’s 75/25 something. This feels more 80/20 sativa. Great for the morning seshs like they said. Does not make you tired and one dab is enough which normally I take a few. There’s only one setback to me and this may not happen to anybody else. My eyes feel heavy and dry lowkey. So that may happen to some and I never ever get side effects from weed normally maybe one and every 15-20 strains

the problem with fruity named strains that are sativa usually fail to make me feel anything. Sonny G is exactly that it smells good and fruity, orangey fruity and tangy taste but when it comes to the high I feel nothing not only that I bought the infused version so it also had Sonny G concentrates mixed in the bud and still it did not get me high. it's almost like the grower self sacrificed the characteristics of the high to get the extreme fruity smell and taste to be the dominant traits to stand out. now this strain is made from g6 and tangie I'm pretty sure it's the tangy that's ruining and dominating the the effects of the high cause I had both separately before and I jad the same bad high from tangie where I felt nothing g6 has always been fine itself too. so be warned you probably won't feel much or nothing with Sonny G even with a high thc rating. I love sativa strains but something with orange/tangerine like scents or flavors strains that doesn't have a high to it.

Recommended a lot on Reddit Pro: Pretty good euphoria, really good creativity and energy BUT Con: I got (a little) paranoid, enough that I don’t want this again. People get this for the G6 (Jet Fuel) parentage, but I’d much, much rather just get Jet Fuel Nerd stuff: infused pre-roll by Verano sativa hybrid Terpenes in order were Limonene, Pinene, Myrcene
Chill head high… you feel aloof, creative and hungry.. not much help with Chronic Pain. Interesting sour cheesy - orange flavor
Good energy. This strain plus a coffee and I'm working creatively for a couple hours.
Definitely not a sativa that energized me at all.. had me feeling very foggy, drowsy, and tired. My eyes felt so heavy.
This is my favorite current offering from Verano. First of all, Sonny G has the greatest scent of any strain in my humble opinion! It’s sweet, vaguely fruity, pungency is addictive. The bud in the jar is always dank; perfectly cured. In addition to the beautiful bud and sublime terpene profile, it’s THC percentage (always at least 20%) means that it always delivers me where I want to go. It’s strong but not overwhelming. I have NEVER found a single seed or even a speck of mold in any Verano product, including Sonny G. I actually do wonder if perhaps those who believe they have moldy cannabis just don’t know what good, dank buds look and smell like. I will buy Sonny G as long as Verano offers it. While it’s not listed, Sonny G helps significantly with my Cushing’s disease.
Before I forget this might be my favorite weed of all time, sour diesel and pineapple Express were easily my top two but this beat the shit out of both them at the same time. I got about half a gram in before I felt any kind of buzz, I'm fucking flying. I feel amazing, I feel bad for all those companies that do animal testing. Let's go on a real tangent, growing up my nickname was Sonny. I used to hate that name, it just never sat well with me. Almost into my 40s, and the name still comes up. Even after watching The godfather and seeing how James caan killed the role of Sonny. I still thought the name was whack. Right now, this weed changed my mind. I take back anything bad I ever thought of the Sonny nickname. I never chose it, but I fully embrace it now.
I just about die every time I smoke a dab of this. It could be the tiniest bit and I still have a coughing fit. I think it might actually be worth it considering how much I like the high. A good sativa. Smoking it after work gives me energy and makes me enjoy whatever I'm doing
