Strawberry Cough reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Strawberry Cough.
Strawberry Cough is a smooth smoke. The aroma of the flower is sweet and citrus smelling. You definitely taste the hints of strawberry in the exhale, slow it down to really enjoy the flavour. Pick those strawberries when you see them on sale, and you will see them on sale often. A solid daytime sativa staple that will leave you feeling like that kid from those old Gushers commercials. Your giant strawberry head won't slow you down tho as you continue about your day with an energetic euphoric buzz.
One of my favorite strains. At low doses it is very energizing and uplifting. Good for motivating myself to get up and get things done. Very good for social anxiety as well - it definitely makes me feel calm, and normally stressful situations seem like no big deal. At larger doses, it has a more relaxing effect. Good for sitting on the couch and playing video games, or writing. If I use enough, I can even fall asleep from this. Effects are consistent whether you're consuming bud or concentrates.
I feel fortunate to be in a position that allows me to smoke and be critical of otherwise top-shelf, potent and incredibly well-cultivated cannabis. EVERYTHING I smoke these days is amazing, and so now it’s inevitably led to my personal “quality gauge” checklist to somehow rate these artisanal buds.....or in other words I’ve become a pot snob.
Out of all the infamous strains, both old/new, Sativa/Indica, Strawberry Cough easily makes my top 3 of all time.
If you categorize your critique of a particular strain based on flavor, aroma, effects, aesthetics, and combustion tendencies (slow burner vs fast) and the ratio of pros vs cons, Strawberry Cough hits a home run on all categories.
Easily an all-time favorite. Sativa-dominant but carries a noticeable body high and inner relaxation in addition to the uplifting and mood enhancing cerebral effects. This strain somehow blends the cerebral effects of a potent Sativa like green crack with the laid-back attitude and chill body high of a good kush.
This is a great sativa for doing active stuff, like hiking, biking, or throwing a frisbee. It makes me giggly, silly, social, and energetic. It's a sativa but doesn't put me in the weird head space that other strains like Green Crack do. It has a ton of kief and is a beautiful light green color with orange hairs.
The cough effect is a little startling at first but you won't notice after 4 or 5 bowls. Smoke tastes excellent. I smoked an eighth of this stuff while I painted a fence for a week and would do it every week if I could, just a great fun and active high for exploring nature or laughing with friends. Definitely a designer strain that is high quality even for "kush."
The withdrawal from this strain did have me a little more bellicose than usual, so watch out for that.
Really strong Strawberry scent. Definitely worth the try.
This is a very happy high with no paranoia. Great for social situations. Not sure I would do anything that involves a lot of concentration with Strawberry Cough. It's one of those strains.
Honestly Knowing the actual person who created this strain aside. Ive never been so satisfied from a strain before. The smell has a light yet noticeable smell of strawberries that make you hunger. Its tri head yeild is surprising from how its parents are usually low tch%. It does give you a little bit of an earthy afte taste but doesnt last that long. The high usually lasts around 2-3 hours per half half gram smoked and is great for anxiety and depression.
Really easy to smoke too much of-when that happens I trip & am very touchy/sensitive. But I smoke this daily to help with social/general anxiety and mild pain. Also used to deal with an eating disorder and stress. Helpful with creativity in career & art.
