There was a computer issue & it was not showing my account rewards (which I wanted to use this purchase). Cory was extremely helpful about the situation, he apologized for the situation & was able to issue the missing amount no problem. It was super awesome & made me hella happy!!! I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door! The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. Tora is so knowledgable about all of the products and can answer any questions a rookie like me may have. It's the only place I will go to buy cannabis as they never lead me astray!

They can it best buds for a reason. All the staff is knowledge and helpful and the products that they carry are just better then most. Also the selection is greater then most as well. As long as the one in airdrie is open that will be the store for me. I have been to some other really good stores but this one takes the cake

Absolutely love this place!! All the staff are so wonderful and kind, they make an effort to get to know you and always have great recommendations. I've recently gotten my medical mj document and they have been so helpful with explaining things like terpenes and usage methods etc., it's just so nice to have them spend the time and help me choose the best products for me. Plus we can bring our dog in - and he loves the staff too!

Absolutley amazing products and service but was told that the high quadz products are a prime exclusive. They are not as I can get them at 4 different locations, just not locations in town so a little disappointed with the false advertisment there. An exclusive brand is a brand that you can only get at the location its exclusive to, me being able to purchase the brand at other non prime locations makes it not a prime exclusive brand.

Located just minutes west of Rogers place in the Heart of Downtown Edmonton directly North of Macewan University, Elevate is your one stop shop for all your cannabis needs, whether that might be before or after an Oilers game or anytime you're in the in the area. All the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Josh, The owner makes everyone feel like family when they come through the door and always goes out of his way to give you the best experience possible. Both Elevate locations come highly recommended.
