It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. The best thing about Shades is they make you feel appreciated and no matter what...they are ALWAYS smiling!

Was super grateful that she took my information down so that she could call/text me if they receive what I’m after (THANK YOU!). Staff is great, if they don't have what you need/want they will try to find somthing similar! Most of the staff know what I like and are quick with a suggestion and it's typically great!
