My order was ready right as soon as I got there, I was attended to right away and the workers had very pleasant attitudes. Tokyo Smoke is extremely helpful and helped with any questions I had. Prices are a lil bit higher than other places but the customer service more than makes up for the prices, but their high rollers program always comes through clutch when I need it the most :)
