There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! I’ve had consistently good visits here with some great advice as a newbie. They don’t have much in terms of gear, but I guess you can’t have everything.

I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!

I am a budtender in Collingwood at Treetz. Groovy's is where I shop the most when I am visiting friends and family in Wasaga Beach which is a lot. Tiny and funkadelic, this shop has such a huge selection of anything one could need. Good hours of operation. Friendly service from the owners and manager Leslie! I wear my Groovy's toque at Treetz. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible as it is a flat entry way. Whoever left the crappy review has never been in this shop ever. Thanks for continued amazing service!

Sessions at Red Hill, is one of the few locations you can find in Hamilton that has best staff who are knowledgeable, great personalities and a welcoming atmosphere. The products that they carry are one of the best ones I have seen and tried. They definitely getting you nice toasty depending what your crave for whether its Sativa or Indica.
