One of my favourite shops to go to. The store is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are so nice and helpful. Also very educated on products. There are also daily deals, so every time I come, I spend less than I was expecting which I love. So happy having this place in the neighbourhood. Cannot wait for the summer so I can buy some pre rolls and go to the park

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers. I work retail and it takes alot of talent to deal with people's moods at times. So overall, this is my store and i refer it to anyone who will listen. Thank you friends. Love ya all Karen

House of Bud is literally my 2nd home!! I love the staff so so much and their reco's are always on point! Black Sero 'Q is definitely my fave strain from their curated menu!

Love this dispensary! Everyone is very friendly/informative and there are always creative events taking place. I love that they are actively bringing individuals together, engaging in the community AND providing quality bud.

I’ve become quite a regular here during the pandemic. I visited the store before lockdown for the first time. Staff is very friendly. I’ve been placing my orders online, and then would do pick up in store. So far orders have been ready in 10mins. Since the lockdown I still do online and pick up curbside. I have also just shown up at the door (curbside) and placed an order and within minutes had it. The store is very clean.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between one weed shop and another, but this place is the very best!! It has a great selection, but the staff is what really makes it so unique—Jeremiah and the whole team really get it, and they always go the extra mile for a good customer. Don’t go anywhere else! If kindness is what you seek, this is the place.

The layout is great! I really appreciated how accessible it is to those using mobility devices. Also, the staff seemed pretty down to earth & also super knowledgeable about products. Such a great addition to Dufferin mall! :)
