There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! I love this store! The staff are always super friendly, they remember you and are genuinely interested in providing you with the best they have to offer! I know of other places around, but it is the staff that keep me coming here!

The person I spoke to was nice, accommodating, and helpful on the phone. Gave me all the information I needed. He was patient till I finalized my order. A really good variety of products that I haven't been able to come across anywhere else. Pretty decent and reliable. I would recommend it!

This is just a good strain review for OGEN Freshly Baked #76 , though purchased somewhere else. It's a good Sativa with a nice high and the ability to get nice visuals with closed eyes. In addition to the energy of the Sativa it also has a trippy component.
I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!

Nice group of people. They do bring in popular strains and will if possible any product request. Certain times of days are busier than others, but overall they are pretty quick. The manager really cares about the customers and if they are happy with their purchase. Most products are cheaper than other stores in the city. Sometimes even cheap than medical Lpees.
As someone who uses cannabis medicinally I have to say my experience at Royal Cannabis was great. The store manager Gwen has strong product knowledge and helped me find a good strain to help me sleep. If you're looking for great products and customer service look no more. I'm definitely going to be returning to this dispensary.
