Easily the best dispensary I’ve ever been too! Tom and Bre are knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly professional. They know their products very well, offering new shipments weekly, and always looking to get the best product in your hands. The store is clean, welcoming and extremely organized. It also has two esteemed K9 bud tenders that will be sure to make you forget why you came; between the licks and bouts for your attention. PLEASE don’t let them scare you as they’re beyond friendly!! I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers. I work retail and it takes alot of talent to deal with people's moods at times. So overall, this is my store and i refer it to anyone who will listen. Thank you friends. Love ya all Karen

It was my first visit to the store to pickup an online order (which was ordered earlier and was ready promptly for pickup), and I got to meet the owner (I believe) who gave me a tour. We had a chat and she recommended a few products to me. They were excellent. The atmosphere is pretty chill and there's a neat display of different cannabis flower in these orbs that have a magnifying glass and holes for smells to come through. It was a pretty cool setup. I'll try to shop here more if I can. Check them out!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of great brands to choose from like Carmel, Kolab and Collective Project. Lots of different CBD options too. Angie and Emily were super helpful- will be back for sure!

I love this store! The staff are always super friendly, they remember you and are genuinely interested in providing you with the best they have to offer! I know of other places around, but it is the staff that keep me coming here!

Nice group of people. They do bring in popular strains and will if possible any product request. Certain times of days are busier than others, but overall they are pretty quick. The manager really cares about the customers and if they are happy with their purchase. Most products are cheaper than other stores in the city. Sometimes even cheap than medical Lpees.

Dustin (the owner) goes above and beyond to help his customers. Also his staff are all very knowledgable, helpful and good people.

No in-store shopping due to Covid, so can't comment on the atmosphere at the moment, however; pick-up for pre-paid bud was quick, easy, and painless. Decent selection online (no idea about in-store), and the notifications about my order (sent, in progress, available to pick-up) were timely. The employee I spoke with was friendly and very polite.
