Checked this place out today as it's one of the newer dispensaries in the area and I was greeted by Celeste, the Manager. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and helped guide me to a strain match while educating me about terpenes. I had no idea they played such a huge role! The prices are competitive and they also have a loyalty program (Bongos Points - How could you not sign up with a name as fun as that?!). Thank you for the help today Celeste and I'll definitely be coming back!!!

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. Love my experience at One Plant North York, my Budtender was the tall guy with face tattoos sorry I forgot his name, he was very nice, and patient, answered all questions and ensured me and my partner were getting good stuff. High recommend seeking him during your visit!
