I've been coming to this shop for a couple of years, and it is my go-to. The staff are all friendly (I've never had a negative interaction with any of them, even though I'm a bit socially inept myself) and helpful; I don't usually like excessive sales help, but in this shop it feels more like they're offering to answer questions rather than to push product. The location is very convenient, being right off the West Mall at the QEW (it's the easiest dispensary to drive to from south Mississauga), the store is always clean, and the web site stock always seems to be accurately synced with the store stock. The only thing I will add about this dispensary that isn't glowingly positive is more of a friendly suggestion than something to find fault with. If the selection was broader, I would probably only wind up going to this dispensary, but sometimes other shops have had a greater variety of certain items or categories of item. If the selection was broadened, that would be great. I should add that the shop feels safe and professional. I'm sure we've all been to a few skeezy legal dispenaries that despite being licensed, still felt a bit sketchy. This shop isn't like that at all, to the point that my wife (who doesn't consume cannabis) came in with me one time and commented that it was vastly different from what she expected.

This location has quickly become one of my favourite cannabis shops. The staff are over the top with there welcoming & friendly attitudes. They don’t bombard me with 100 questions as soon as I walk through the door. There knowledge is on par. I thought all there was to weed was low and high quality. I always looked for HIGHEST THC, but last week I had a long conversation with one of the ladies about terpenes and what an important role they play in cannabis. Which has changed my whole shopping experience. They haven’t disappointed me yet with there recommendations and don’t just try to push the most expensive pot on me (like most of the shops I have been to) if you haven’t checked these guys out yet your missing out. Good job guys you’ve earned yourselves a life time customer

What can I say about the Den.... Great service and great selection. You have to see the store its sooo unique and clean and staff are Awesome and helpful. Weekly specials and always great pricing. The Den my weed store!!!!!

After calling 2 other dispensaries and them not answering I found this awesome new place the staff was amazing and helpful and the product was great and cheap will be returning!Thanks for the free 510 case love it!

I am a budtender in Collingwood at Treetz. Groovy's is where I shop the most when I am visiting friends and family in Wasaga Beach which is a lot. Tiny and funkadelic, this shop has such a huge selection of anything one could need. Good hours of operation. Friendly service from the owners and manager Leslie! I wear my Groovy's toque at Treetz. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible as it is a flat entry way. Whoever left the crappy review has never been in this shop ever. Thanks for continued amazing service!

Another hidden gem! Parking was easy and their selection was very good. The men and women behind the counter knew their products well and were very easy to talk to. Everyone was super knowledgeable and very friendly. They helped us with great recommendations. We’ll be shopping here in the future. I’d rate this place over five stars if I could. Great job!

I’m a mature international walk-in customer of the Imperial Centre SpiritLeaf outlet. There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!

The person I spoke to was nice, accommodating, and helpful on the phone. Gave me all the information I needed. He was patient till I finalized my order. A really good variety of products that I haven't been able to come across anywhere else. Pretty decent and reliable. I would recommend it!
