Lemon Skunk definitely delivers a sativa-dominant, hazy high that hits right above the eyebrows, giving a cerebral, uplifting sensation. It tends to produce a numb feeling in the body, often starting from the shoulders down to the fingertips. Mildly stimulating, it can make you feel a bit more flirtatious, though not intensely horny. This strain is great for outdoor activities like mowing the lawn or tackling chores around the house. bright and euphoric - It offers a pleasant, moderate euphoria and is a reliable choice for staying productive. Overall, Lemon Skunk is solid for getting things done and enjoying a good, functional high as well being in a good social gathering or a sexy date 😉

Permanent Marker just kind of reminds me of a strain of weed I can't quite place, even though I'm really trying to connect with it. It smells great and tastes like lemon zest. The high it produces feels more like a heavy CBD effect, mainly settling in your eyes and eye sockets. It’s a bit like wearing Robin’s mask from DC Comics—wrapping around the back of your head and through your eyes. The buzz is pretty mellow and not overly intense. It doesn’t make you super stoned; instead, it’s more sedating and couch-locked without feeling overly drowsy. What I feel is missing for me is that happy, euphoric lift. This strain leans more toward a relaxed, body-heavy, couch-lock vibe rather than making you sit and ponder life. Sometime making the high uncomfortable for me cause I feel my brain is transition in and out of the feeling. I won’t be returning to this strain.

Interestingly, it doesn’t induce any heightened arousal, which might be surprising since it's feel so uplifting; it’s not a heavy body high, but rather one that encourages goofiness and extroversion. Snow Dawgs is ideal for activities where you want to feel uplifted—whether that’s hanging out with friends, enjoying music (especially energetic tunes), or going for walks and hikes while contemplating life. The flavor is oddly bland and the smoke is mild, and while the high doesn’t linger for too long, it also offers a transient clarity that’s great for reflective moments by the ocean or overlook, great for site seeing and being outdoors—you're alert but not overly baked or fatigued. Overall, it’s a straightforward strain that delivers a light and enjoyable experience without any dramatic highs or lows. I would describe this as the espresso of cannabis—a delightful boost that keeps you off the couch and allows you to stay active. It's a gentle high that lets you carry on with your day while giving you a subtle buzz. I like to call it the "Pixie Dust Effect," as if a sprinkle of magic has been dusted onto your forehead.

I vividly recall New Year's Eve a couple of years ago when I brought this strain to a friend's house and shared my excitement about its high. That night, two friends echoed my sentiments, agreeing wholeheartedly. For me, this is truly a social strain—perfect for gathering around a campfire to roast marshmallows or enjoying a spring day outdoors with friends and some beers. It's also fantastic for enhancing intimacy : )...or on a hike simply soaking in nature in the backyard. With this strain, I never felt inclined to just sit on the couch and watch a movie; instead, I wanted to relish in nature, good company, and cherished moments. so far this strain is the top of my leaderboard... now I just have to find a way to track it down.

I was advised to try this strain after visiting the dispensary in search of something else. They suggested it as an alternative, but once I got home, I quickly realized it was nothing like what I had been smoking before. Headband is quite an unusual strain for me. After using it, all I wanted to do was relax on my couch, watch a movie, and remain perfectly still. It doesn’t induce sleepiness but rather creates a sensation that makes you want to just soak in music, enjoy a film, and let the high wash over you. I didn’t experience any complex layers to the high; it felt more like a subdued, low-key effect. The Headband strain definitely left a noticeable tightness around my forehead. It’s a heavy high that makes it clear you’re not going to be tackling any chores anytime soon. I wouldn’t recommend this strain to anyone who prefers a more uplifting sativa-dominant hybrid or who likes to socialize while smoking. Additionally, I found the smoke to be quite harsh on my lungs, at least with the flower I had. I personally didn't find this strain particularly ground breaking, so I don’t think I would choose it again. There are other strains that deliver a better experience, both in terms of clarity and overall quality. While it does promote better sleep and vivid dreams, many strains offer similar effects. Headband isn't bad, but... isn't shining either.
