I was directed to the right 1 gram pre-roll to help finish a large (non-driving, desk work) project this afternoon. The budtender suggested Jean Guy from Good Supply to help with concentration. I've tried this same variety before in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. I remember finding the minty, piney tasting and dry-mouth-causing pre-roll to have a stronger potency than other pre-rolls. Also, Good Supply's pre-rolls burn much better than prep-rolls from other companies (like, erm ... Tweed, perhaps?). So, I was tempted to try the Jean Guy again. Jean Guy has what's known as the traditional energetic Sativa punch (although some budtenders might say the real differences between couch-lock and energetic weeds are based on the terpenes on the plants, not their cannabinoids and their Indica and Sativa heritages, but that's another rabbit hole. Most important: the Jean Guy pre-roll tastes great and burns very well with no clogging in the filter. I have purchased pre-rolls from shops throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan; from Olds to Assiniboia, and Calgary to Peace River and many of the pre-rolls I bought didn't burn very well at all. Some companies offer much better pre-rolls than others. Good Supply is one of the best legal cannabis sources for pre-rolls from my experiences - and this includes the smoke I had today.

I have been a shopper at this store since it opened and it is my go to store. The staff are great, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The store is always clean and inviting. Value Buds/Nova Cannabis is always my first choice when I am away from home.

Awesome how they had the strains and prerolls on display

I went to Value Bud last week for the first time, and it did not disappoint, i grabbed 2, 1 gram 510 cartage's of Forbidden Fruit, killer product...... at a Killer price, and i tried the Kalifornia pre-rolls and it did not disappoint, i found my new go to dispensary, way to go Value Bud.

Beautiful store, staff was all very friendly and helpful to find an oil that ended up working very well for me.

I have no idea how any of the other local Cannabis shops are going to make with this place here. Best prices, hands down. If you want the legal market to thrive, this is how to do it.
