My favourite dispensary, bud tenders in store are all super nice people, not many small sizes, but if you’re looking to buy $30+ they’ve got great high grade half quarters

I’ve become quite a regular here during the pandemic. I visited the store before lockdown for the first time. Staff is very friendly. I’ve been placing my orders online, and then would do pick up in store. So far orders have been ready in 10mins. Since the lockdown I still do online and pick up curbside. I have also just shown up at the door (curbside) and placed an order and within minutes had it. The store is very clean.

Loved toonie tuesday special. Hope you guys bring it back.

This is a wonderful local store, with friendly owners, and great (and always growing) selection. It's clear that Modern Day truly cares about quality and customer service, and it is my go-to when I want to shop local.

The layout is great! I really appreciated how accessible it is to those using mobility devices. Also, the staff seemed pretty down to earth & also super knowledgeable about products. Such a great addition to Dufferin mall! :)

House of Bud is literally my 2nd home!! I love the staff so so much and their reco's are always on point! Black Sero 'Q is definitely my fave strain from their curated menu!

Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference between one weed shop and another, but this place is the very best!! It has a great selection, but the staff is what really makes it so unique—Jeremiah and the whole team really get it, and they always go the extra mile for a good customer. Don’t go anywhere else! If kindness is what you seek, this is the place.

This place has everything you need and the prices are just dang great.I don’t have to go anywhere else. The vibes always very welcoming, love the art and music and the staff are ALWAYS so friendly. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who want to make sure you’re happy with your experience. Inside the store it’s clean and modern looking with TVs displaying the products and their pricing. During the past few months they’ve offered curb side pickup which has been seamless in terms of ordering, communication and picking up. I’ll continue to be a returning customer.
