There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Made my visit to spiritleaf Oshawa today. I love going to this store. Owen and Chloe were working today . As soon as I walked in they went to the back to get my order. I can’t describe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are here. I missed Coco the dog. It really feels like going home here when the owner and pets are there. I love the laughter and fun the staff have at their job.

What a cool store! We had a great experience and the staff were fantastic! Everyone behind the counter knew that they were talking about and their accessories were amazing. Cannabis Xpress’ prices are the best in the area. Parking was really easy, located right beside the store with an added bonus of a gas station and LCBO across the street. One stop shop anyone? If you need some pot in Claremont or Pickering, you know where to go!
