There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. My favourite dispensary, bud tenders in store are all super nice people, not many small sizes, but if you’re looking to buy $30+ they’ve got great high grade half quarters

I’ve become quite a regular here during the pandemic. I visited the store before lockdown for the first time. Staff is very friendly. I’ve been placing my orders online, and then would do pick up in store. So far orders have been ready in 10mins. Since the lockdown I still do online and pick up curbside. I have also just shown up at the door (curbside) and placed an order and within minutes had it. The store is very clean.

The layout is great! I really appreciated how accessible it is to those using mobility devices. Also, the staff seemed pretty down to earth & also super knowledgeable about products. Such a great addition to Dufferin mall! :)
