Tried their store out for the first time, and just like their name - I met lots of friendly strangers! Employees were very eager to proudly show off the large selection they had in both Bud, Concentrates/Cartridges, accessories, etc - of which I liked that it was all on display to see in person at my own pace. They recommended me to try out the Pax Era, along with a cartridge to go with it, and so far I am loving it!

I went for curbside pickup and they had super welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I'm very satisfied with my experience and will be coming back.

Having been to many cannabis stores, I had yet to find one that had an elite experience. The Gym Cannabis, with it's open layout and minimalistic aesthetic, makes you feel like you are in an apple store. Kudos to Will and team!

Being a new cannabis user, I was very apprehensive, but my anxiety quickly vanished. The atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting and the customer service I experienced went above and beyond. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient considering the numerous questions I asked. I came in to find a high-priced item (recommended by a friend). They did not have that item in stock. Rather than suggest a more expensive one (why not? I was prepared to pay the price anyway!), they suggested an alternate product that was actually cheaper than what I originally came in for. I took it home, tried it out and boy do they know what they are talking about! Unfortunately, due to the lockdown, I now must get advice over the phone, but hey-it works! Cannot wait to visit in person again. This will ALWAYS be my "go to" store!

Chillen Buds...what a sweet shop for your recreational marijuana. I have visited many shops in” North America” in the past decade. Colorado was my first look at how these shops cater to their clientele, they have all more or less had the same style…. until I walked into Chillen Buds! What an Incredible modern take on the Cannabis Stores . I was amazed what a classy looking store! Everything in that store screamed class, comfort and quality. I’m from Quebec and the weed industry is government run here, so the experience is less than enjoyable, wish we had the level of professionalism and knowledge that I experienced in this store/province. It was the first time ordering from a store that has this level of professionalism and the experience was fantastic, while I was scrolling on one of their iPads, the store advisor asked if I needed help and showed me through the process, no pressure sales I loved it only suggestions for type of high I was looking for. They had a very wide selection of stuff, and although I am a flower/vape kinda guy and not a edibles fan,I tried their peanut butter cups, they are to die for :) Picked up some Animal Face,dosi gross#6 and sage n sour, quality was great , well its like all the stuff at the stores come from the same place since its heavily regulated. I found Chillin Buds sets itself apart from the rest, from the minute I walked in the staff are super friendly! It showed from the consistent amount of cheerful customers that the staff knows their clientele, When I’m back in Brantford/Paris Ont, expect to see me again thanks for the great experience and swag.
