Not bad but not great, this sativa dominant hybrid looked nice with small clusters of trichomes layered over small, dark lavender hued buds which smelled like a dirty grape. Unfortunately, the taste was similarly bland and the effects weren't as strong and long lasting as I expected. I was told that this Purple Diesel that I bought was from Granddaddy Purple and NY Diesel, which is why my experience differs from other people here. I wish I had the bud everyone else is describing.

Haze was actually the very first dispensary I ever went to. The service I received was good. The staff seemed knowledgeable and was very friendly. The quality of the buds were mostly really good, except for the free pre-roll I received on my first visit. That was a cone joint of leaf trimmings and seeds. No joke! It was like smoking "Mexican green" from last century. As other reviewers have mentioned, the surrounding environment of the locale can be a bit unsettling. I've shopped here 3 times and each time, there were numerous people hanging out in front of the neighboring businesses. Which is normally fine at other types of stores but if I am going to a dispensary to buy marijuana, I personally prefer to have maximum discretion and privacy when I arrive and especially when I leave. There wasn't any security personnel outside. I don't mean to seem overly sensitive or paranoid. I just don't like having watchful observers muttering in Spanish to each other and laughing obnoxiously loud as I walk past while carrying several bags of weed to my car. I haven't been to Haze for a couple of months so maybe things have changed since then but I guess I'll never know.

There is something magical in this bud. It's difficult to describe but every time I smoke it, I become enlightened to new heights of conscious awareness. In other words, I get super baked af. The buds are always caked with sticky trichomes. Taste is smooth forestry and the fresh scent isn't overly pungent as many other strains.

This is the defining strain of the Sativa category. I have never seen or smoked a batch of Jack Herer that wasn't powerful and uplifting. The effects always hits me hard in the brain but doesn't leave me reeling down on the ground but rather, it keeps me on my feet in a buzzed awareness state of mind. I can focus and function. Somehow....

This strain truly represents what people want from smoking sativa. I can feel the pulsating energy in my veins and my sense of awareness is at the maximum level. I can tell the color of your underwear by studying the expressions of your face. Or maybe its the other way around. It doesn't matter. I'm baked and you should be too.

There is a special pleasant feeling when you smoke this bud. Unless you have a personal hatred for grapes, you should try this strain. I've been mixing this Grape Ape with Cherry Kola for a combined super sweetened flavor and the ultimate power to knock-me-the-fuck-out....

Super powered Indica! Has a strong pungent smell that strangely reminds me of Sour Diesel.. The flavor pairs well with the similarly named soda, especially when your mouth dries up after smoking this frosted dense bud. Indica usually makes me nauseous and dizzy but this one has me just chillin with a big grin that I can't seem to get rid of.

The Versace that I smoked seemed like a 50/50 hybrid. It tasted like a collection of fresh herbs and flowers with a slight fuel in the undertone. If I ever see gas pumps at Whole Foods Market... The buds wore a faded green shade, with bold orange hairs shining brightly underneath a light coat of trichomes. These buds had all the physical features of a luxurious strain, aptly named after the high profiled fashion company. However, much like the concept of luxury fashion, such attractive features are often times superficial. Popular trends are short lived, as was the effects of this strain. I wasn't given the actual thc/cbd ℅, the bud tender only described it as being "stronger than sour d". I call bullshit though. After smoking a full gram, I only felt a slight buzz in the back of my head for NEARLY 45 minutes. Unless this is actually a high cbd/low thc strain I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, rich or poor alike.

Not bad. I have found that this strain tastes really good when rolled in a blunt. Its hard for me to fully explain it because I'm really baked now. If someone reads this and has smoked a U2 blunt before, please confirm its true. I hate typing when I'm high. Late.
