I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door! The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. Tora is so knowledgable about all of the products and can answer any questions a rookie like me may have. It's the only place I will go to buy cannabis as they never lead me astray!

Absolutely love this place!! All the staff are so wonderful and kind, they make an effort to get to know you and always have great recommendations. I've recently gotten my medical mj document and they have been so helpful with explaining things like terpenes and usage methods etc., it's just so nice to have them spend the time and help me choose the best products for me. Plus we can bring our dog in - and he loves the staff too!

There was a computer issue & it was not showing my account rewards (which I wanted to use this purchase). This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. Absolutely love this place!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff who answered questions then made great recommendations. It’s always clean, organized and like how the tablets allow me to see all the products they carry. The staff mentions new or different products that I might not know of otherwise like THC distillate drops for making my own drinks or the click pen of concentrate to use for edibles that take the guess work out of dosing.

Love the spirit leaf in cold lake. Only place in the area that has a bud bar to see and smell a selection of what they have. Displays are well thought out and eye catching. Service was great staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Beautiful store with a large selection, one big thing is that prices are crazy good especially for the accessories. But the best part about my visit was definitely the customer service from Brandon. Since there was barely anyone at the store when I went in he took his time and explained about all the accessories i was interested in, and guided me for some strain recommendations, and even answered some of my questions on production/labelling. He was very knowledgeable and passionate which always makes for a great experience. Definitely the best experience I've had, probably the only store I'll go back to now. 10/10 would recommend
