I love coming to Plant Life whenever I come through Gp. Everyone is always so welcoming and they are ready to help in any way possible. It’s always clean and kept up. Also, love the daily sales!!

Awesome place, super chic atmosphere which is refreshing. Friendly and educated staff made the experience a breeze and supporting local is always the way to go.

I walked in the first time last month and knew this was my shop! The environment was super welcoming and the weekly sales they offer normally have me leaving with an eighth of good smoke for just over $20. All the budtenders I have met there have pretty much become friends, if you haven't checked it out yet you have to, you won't be disappointed!

It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. The best thing about Shades is they make you feel appreciated and no matter what...they are ALWAYS smiling!

I was directed to the right 1 gram pre-roll to help finish a large (non-driving, desk work) project this afternoon. The budtender suggested Jean Guy from Good Supply to help with concentration. I've tried this same variety before in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. I remember finding the minty, piney tasting and dry-mouth-causing pre-roll to have a stronger potency than other pre-rolls. Also, Good Supply's pre-rolls burn much better than prep-rolls from other companies (like, erm ... Tweed, perhaps?). So, I was tempted to try the Jean Guy again. Jean Guy has what's known as the traditional energetic Sativa punch (although some budtenders might say the real differences between couch-lock and energetic weeds are based on the terpenes on the plants, not their cannabinoids and their Indica and Sativa heritages, but that's another rabbit hole. Most important: the Jean Guy pre-roll tastes great and burns very well with no clogging in the filter. I have purchased pre-rolls from shops throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan; from Olds to Assiniboia, and Calgary to Peace River and many of the pre-rolls I bought didn't burn very well at all. Some companies offer much better pre-rolls than others. Good Supply is one of the best legal cannabis sources for pre-rolls from my experiences - and this includes the smoke I had today.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. I love their swag and hats, I have 4 Bluwater SnapBack Classic hats now and counting. Picked up some blackberry edibles a couple of days ago to help with relaxation and sleep and they worked wonderfully.
