I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door! The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. Tora is so knowledgable about all of the products and can answer any questions a rookie like me may have. It's the only place I will go to buy cannabis as they never lead me astray!

Immediately when you walk through the first set of doors you know that there's been money invested in the place (I'm looking at the waterfall wall). The staff have always been nice and helped me find exactly what I'm looking for. They've recommended different strains to suit my individual needs. I've gone only twice, but I'm always happy to go in when I'm in the area!

This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. The store is set up really nice with a whiteboards displaying their menu and prices and they have an awesome selection of ounce bags to choose from. The prices are also amazing!

Much better staff than before, the new staff knows their stuff!!! I bought some Denman by Broken Coast today and it was great for 39.99 + GST, an awesome recommendation by Lancelot the new manager. Doesn't matter if I am going in to spend $100 or $10, they always treat me like royalty. Nice to have people there that actually smoke and love what they sell! I will be going there regularly, best store in Innisfail!
