Kim N. After frequenting pretty much every shop in Victoria, I've found Cloud Nine Shelbourne to be the best overall . The staff are super nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable ! Has to be said , also very compassionate. They will always take the time to guide you to the right product for your needs. The store is immaculate and I can't say enough good things about this particular outlet. Great job Cloud Nine !!

I've been to some other dispensaries before... but I wanted to try this one because they have a store near my house and also one downtown near my work. Customer service was top-notch!.. the budtender was knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. Inside.. It feels very high-end? Only negative is that packaging is stupid and bulky but that's the same everywhere... I'll be back!!

A true diamond in the rough! This little shop tucked away in this adorable little town was the highlight of my trip!! I was shocked by the number of small batch high quality strains. The staff was very friendly, queer inclusive and KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I would 100% return!

Absolutley amazing products and service but was told that the high quadz products are a prime exclusive. They are not as I can get them at 4 different locations, just not locations in town so a little disappointed with the false advertisment there. An exclusive brand is a brand that you can only get at the location its exclusive to, me being able to purchase the brand at other non prime locations makes it not a prime exclusive brand.
