Atmosphere is inviting and so are staff. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Being an ultra novice, it really helped to have someone patiently answer the million questions I had.
These guys hooked me up with an 1/8th of MAC 1 by qwest for a deal and their batch came in with over 24% THC!!! Just the thing to roll up and take me from a work day to a party. Cerebral, chatty, & giggly would 100% recommend this strain for social situations. Tasted delicious & burnt clean. Recommendations from budtenders never steer me wrong here.
Amazingly beautiful & gorgeous dispensary. Feels just like an Apple Store inside. Also has helpful colors/symbols to distinguish between the different effects of the different strains. Also, very friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff! This is the real deal. Fantastic place!
The store was great but if I had listened to the website, I would have gone to the wrong location of the store. Luckily, I called ahead of time. Hopefully, these types of problems can be addressed.

Harsh and Quintin were awesome on my last visit. I was treated like I was the owner's best friend. I have visited the store a few times this year since I discovered due to my transit way to get home, now I will make sure that I use that way to my home on transit, so I can stop at this location in kits. thank you for understanding my budget.

Kim N. After frequenting pretty much every shop in Victoria, I've found Cloud Nine Shelbourne to be the best overall . The staff are super nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable ! Has to be said , also very compassionate. They will always take the time to guide you to the right product for your needs. The store is immaculate and I can't say enough good things about this particular outlet. Great job Cloud Nine !!

I've been to some other dispensaries before... but I wanted to try this one because they have a store near my house and also one downtown near my work. Customer service was top-notch!.. the budtender was knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. Inside.. It feels very high-end? Only negative is that packaging is stupid and bulky but that's the same everywhere... I'll be back!!
