We love going into Numo for our Cannabis needs. The staff there are very friendly and helpful.
It is always such a great experience shopping at Shades. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to really get to know their patrons. (By name in fact). I can trust in any recommendation I am given because the staff know me and know what I will benefit from most. The best thing about Shades is they make you feel appreciated and no matter what...they are ALWAYS smiling!

Was super grateful that she took my information down so that she could call/text me if they receive what I’m after (THANK YOU!). I walked in the first time last month and knew this was my shop! The environment was super welcoming and the weekly sales they offer normally have me leaving with an eighth of good smoke for just over $20. All the budtenders I have met there have pretty much become friends, if you haven't checked it out yet you have to, you won't be disappointed!
Jeremy has been a great help when I am able to get back to Cache Creek and visit. He is very helpful and a great salesperson. The Cache Creek store has a great selection and good prices.
I love everything about this store, they have wonderful customer service and are very knowledgeable about their products. They have a wide variety of great products, and not all are super expensive. It was very nice to see lots of coast effective products.
Staff is great, if they don't have what you need/want they will try to find somthing similar! Most of the staff know what I like and are quick with a suggestion and it's typically great!
Absolutely amazing people work there. Owner definitely contains business ethics. They will rather dump a lot of unopened products just because the owner doesn’t want to sell anything old to his customers. Always has what I want, always keeps everything on stock. This shop has never disappointed me since it opened up.
Staff remember me and my needs, good insight into their product line, didn’t rush me at all.
