Initially had some issue with a defective device that I could not get a refund. The manager reached out and did everything he could to make it right. Thankful for Phelan’s support in the matter. They have a good variety of products and nice staff.

What I really liked about Tokyo smoke is that everyone is so friendly and kind! The employees really know what they’re doing and have always recommended me their best stuff!!

This place provides the most amazing experience when it comes to honesty and education about products. I love how they treat us a s customers and helps us all lighten up our days. I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!

I'm from Huntsville and still living here. I quite literally live a few kilometers just down the road from Kelly's and there is another pot shop between us that I went too only once. Huntsville is called "Bluntsville" for a few good reasons- there's like 5 dispensaries in walking distance of the downtown core, which is equitable to the bars and LCBO which is farther away and beside the highway. Of all the marijuana places in town though I made my choice and it's Kelly's. It really comes down to service and the fact that the staff actually knows what they are talking about. Quality and service and people that can answer questions... I recommend this place. Tyler Austin

Now Speedy gets all of my business... I'm a regular. This is one of the better stores in Ottawa and I've sampled a lot of them :-) I have not gone anywhere else since my first visit. You're in better hands here than with Allstate.

The person I spoke to was nice, accommodating, and helpful on the phone. Gave me all the information I needed. He was patient till I finalized my order. A really good variety of products that I haven't been able to come across anywhere else. Pretty decent and reliable. I would recommend it!

This location has quickly become one of my favourite cannabis shops. The staff are over the top with there welcoming & friendly attitudes. They don’t bombard me with 100 questions as soon as I walk through the door. There knowledge is on par. I thought all there was to weed was low and high quality. I always looked for HIGHEST THC, but last week I had a long conversation with one of the ladies about terpenes and what an important role they play in cannabis. Which has changed my whole shopping experience. They haven’t disappointed me yet with there recommendations and don’t just try to push the most expensive pot on me (like most of the shops I have been to) if you haven’t checked these guys out yet your missing out. Good job guys you’ve earned yourselves a life time customer
