Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who want to make sure you’re happy with your experience. Inside the store it’s clean and modern looking with TVs displaying the products and their pricing. During the past few months they’ve offered curb side pickup which has been seamless in terms of ordering, communication and picking up. I’ll continue to be a returning customer.

One of my favourite shops to go to. The store is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are so nice and helpful. Also very educated on products. There are also daily deals, so every time I come, I spend less than I was expecting which I love. So happy having this place in the neighbourhood. I’ve had consistently good visits here with some great advice as a newbie. They don’t have much in terms of gear, but I guess you can’t have everything.

Tried their store out for the first time, and just like their name - I met lots of friendly strangers! Employees were very eager to proudly show off the large selection they had in both Bud, Concentrates/Cartridges, accessories, etc - of which I liked that it was all on display to see in person at my own pace. They recommended me to try out the Pax Era, along with a cartridge to go with it, and so far I am loving it!
